Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation by participant

Any Cancelation within 48h of the booking will be fully refunded.

If you cancel prior to 4 weeks before the start of the course, we will refund 50% of the full retreat fee.

If you cancel your place less than 4 weeks before the first day of the course, no refund will be offered.

If you need to leave the course for any reason once the retreat has started, we cannot offer you a refund or defer your course seat.

Cancellation by the organiser

In the unlikely event of extenuating circumstances, BeNorm reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the structure of the course at any time. If the course is cancelled prior to the event start, the module may be fully or partially rescheduled, and if participants cannot attend the new course, then 100% refunds will be made.

Covid 19

Neither full nor partial refunds can be given if cancelling the reservation outside the specified cancellation time.

Photography

We reserve the right to photograph or film during the course and to use these images for marketing purposes. Please let us know beforehand if you are not comfortable with this.
